I see from the other reviews, I'm swimming against the tide. Was not my experience. My drop-off takeaway feeling, doubleplusgood. 8 days later, and I'd never thought I could never say this as bad as the customer service at Best Buy is, take your computer to Best Buy. At RAD computer one tech, the left hand, doesn't know what the other tech, the right hand, the one with your computer, is doing. If you leave a message asking to be called, don't expect a call. I got my laptop back with a new hard drive that wouldn't boot, throwing a "Hard Drive Not Installed" BIOS message. After nothing from this company for 48 hours (nothing from MARK to name names), I brought the drive back up on my own (with more luck than skill, I got lucky--and how man of you guys are former corporate wonks who can do this?). Avoid this company. You have been cautioned.
