Kim is a dedicated and very knowleadgeable skin therapist. I got a groupon in September 2014 for laser hair removal-​small area and I am very happy with the results. I have visited other providers for LHR in Phoenix and Chicago and I have gotten the best results from her so I recommend Kim with no hesitation.
Furthermore, she is always willing to work with her clients on whatever needs they might have. For instance, I changed my mind about getting LHR on a second area so she gave me credit to get a different service. She also accomodated eyebrown waxing after my LHR appointment per my request.
Kim will go the extra mile for your to achieve your most beautiful self! Give Skintegrity a chance, you will not regret it!!!

I don’t write on Unilocal too often but definitely need to let people know about the extremely bad service from this dishonest owner Kim Dyer. I had a groupon for a photofacial, I set up an appt for 2pm on my day off and just as I pulled up she called to cancel said she double booked. Coming from Maricopa I was not happy but she said she was sorry and would make it up to me. Second appointment ended up being a consultation which she did a test spot on my forehead to make sure I would be able to handle the photofacial. I showed her my groupon on my phone and she hit redeem and we scheduled another appointment for the facial. Due to what appeared to be a bad burn on my forehead I asked if we could do the microderm facial instead and she said it would not be a problem. The day of my appointment I walked up to her business and her business was closed for the day. I contacted her to let her know I was there for my appointment time that we agreed on. I never received a response back and this was about 6 weeks ago. I will be seeing a dermatologist about my discolored forehead from the burn. Since she redeemed my groupon she received her money but I didn’t receive my facial. What I did receive was damage to my skin and a long wait to see if groupon will refund my money.
She’s still advertised on groupon for her services which worries me that she will do this to others. I needed to share my experience to hopefully help someone else not get ripped off by her.

Fabulous results. Kim is knowledgeable and kind. I have had IPL on my face neck and chest. It has taken years off my skin, especially my chest. I have also had treatments for broken capillaries which are all over my face causing my face to always look red. I have had great results with those treatments as well. I highly recommend Kim and Skintegrity. She is professional, her office is chic and homey and her prices are awesome! She has made a customer for life.

So thankful that this place was open when I was in desperate need for a good moisturizer that would help my peeling face!!! I dropped in, Kim saw my face, put some stuff on me and gave me the best product that helped me stop peeling in literally one day. Very great customer service. Go here, you will love her and the products she has!

I have recently started seeing Kim about my skin having moved to Arizona a year ago. Over a year of living here my skin has gotten worse and worse. In the two treatments I’ve had from Kim my skin has improved by 200%. Kim says she «doesn’t do relaxing facials» and what she means is that she is all about the results. Her rooms are set up to be nice and relaxing, but the treatments are all business. I had a facial done and some broken capillaries done and I am very happy with the results. I think her pricing is excellent and she is clearly experienced at what she is doing.
