Starbucks

This is the second time I’ve come into starbucks and they’re sold out of all the salad choices. They were also sold out of cold brew, so basically it was a waste of a trip. Keep in mind both times I’ve gone has been before 1pm. They need to stock up better

It’s Starbucks what can I say. The drinks are fantastic. I love to get the banana bread heated up a little bit. This location is always very busy. The only reason for the 4 stars is the The condition of the parking. Filthy. They need to get a hold of the landlord and have it cleaned up. Trash all over, grease stains all over the blacktop. Very gross.

Wish I had positive things to say. I ordered a mocha latè and I got coffee mix and full cubed ice. Lol took it home and used my blender. Pathetic attempt at service. I mean it’s 40 mins till close, not quite 5 or 30 minutes. Oh well. Can only hope other shifts are better. I’m done at this location. And yes, I have been to this location several, even multiple times and this is the only time. Shame

I really enjoyed my visit today. My barista was Douglas and he made a small conversation with all the customers as they came up to pay. He was very friendly and smiled; even made sure that names were spelled right! He was the only cashier and drink maker but he did everything very quickly and made the visit more enjoyable. It was a really small gesture, but truly made my day and feel welcome, rather than just a customer stopping in. :)

Pretty good place to work. Happy with the drinks they made me. Good location.

I’ve never had my frappuccino made w/​ice cubes in it instead of being blended before. Highly disappointed & they were busy so I didn’t want to be rude & have them remake it /:

Used the Starbucks app for the first time today! I loved it! When I walked in to pick up my order there were about 8 people in line. I walked up and asked for my order and it was hot and ready! I literally was out of there in less than 30 seconds! My order was perfect!

The service is good and I love the seasonal choices.

Since when does a tall peppermint mocha get rung up with an extra shot?
When I asked why she was ringing it in, my salt and peppered, rotund barista replied that’s just how they ring it in. Is this true? Why am I paying extra?
When I asked for a receipt she said they were out of tape. Really???
The drink isn’t even good. Ordered it «skinny» and it tastes like they poured the entire bottle of peppermint syrup in there. I realize the peppermint isn’t sugar free but come on guys…
I realize this is Starbucks and one bad review isn’t going to stop the masses from suckling on the sugary, caffeine teat, but it I was managing this location, I’d evaluate my current staff.

Normally I would rate this at a 3 or 4 the barsitas are friendly warm and inviting. Typically they are pretty busy and seem understaffed. But I went to go get my coffee. I arrived at 430 to get my coffee when they opened but I sat there until 508 and they still had not opened. The barsitas where there but sticking items while people waited outside. I won’t be going here again…

I probably visit coffee places more than I should. I’ve been to every Starbucks in my neighborhood area so much I don’t even have to order they know exactly what I want.
Recently I’ve been hanging out at my dads shop and stopping to get him coffee on the way and this location is 2 minutes from here.
I know exactly what I want but I always have to ask because I’ve gotten some ridiculous coffee with tons of syrup.
I’ve been here twice.
One they charged me for an extra shot of espresso for my dads drink but failed to put it in. I didn’t know bc I didn’t taste his drink. The guy who took my order didn’t offer my receipt either but the transaction amount showed up on my app.
My drink I always order shots of espresso with mocha sauce over ice… Nobody beyond my neighborhood Starbucks ever gets this right.
The second time I came here it wasn’t super busy and I even let 2 people go before me so I could make sure I ask for my drink correctly and so everyone was taken care of and not waiting for me.
But still… I really wanted to reach over the counter and assault someone a little bit bc I started to order and wanted to make sure they use white mocha sauce and not white mocha syrup so I asked and she gave me a vague answer and I wanted to confirm so clarified her answer and instead of giving me an answer she said rudely can we get back to your drink order. The hell? Anyway in the future I will go out of the way to a different Starbucks and make sure I have a freaking cooler with me for what I expect.

Always in point. They get you as you walk in. Service is fast. No long waiting even when there is a lot of people.

Every time I come here this place is so busy but the Baristas always have a smile I can appreciate good customer service. Parking is kind of a bummer because of all the people driving in to the gas station and the other nearby stores.

If you’re going in after 8 pm make sure and try your latte! I know some employees like to start cleaning early and don’t want to use the espresso machine, which will result in your latte tasting like a hot, high-​sugar content frappuccino!
Very upsetting because this location always makes great coffee. However, the amount of ratings state otherwise.

I am not a coffee guy but i have some co-​workers who love Starbucks so I have started to visit them on occasion for social reasons or easy to find meeting spots. I think the beverage prices are crazy but I have to admit that the quality is always high and the service is always good — except for this spot.
The guy behind the register seemed to be offended that I was taking up his time telling him what I would like to order. Either that or by the look on his face, he was experiencing cramps.
I ordered a macha green tea latte (cuz i don’t drink coffee), a choco croissannt and a new breakfast item that they were featuring that was double smoked bacon, cheddar and an egg sandwich.
My choco pastry was ready first and it was stale and hard at 7:30AM. I know that they want to heat it up — but that wouldn’t have disguised the lack of freshness. The sandwich had a good smoke but little salt on the bacon (that may be the first time I have ever said that in my life), the cheddar was tasteless and the bread also didn’t appear to be all that fresh.
My drink assemblers created a lovely looking Mocha latte and then knocked it over as I was telling them it was green-​tea macha. They guy picked it up and tried to give it to me anyways — and I kind of insisted it was the wrong color for a green tea.
To give the folks credit, they did make me a new one super fast. But as I drank it, it just tasted like milk and most of the green tea flavoring was stuck to the bottom of my cup.
I won’t be back.

Starbucks I knew ye when you were a single roaster and coffee mill with an interesting mermaid logo in a hive of Seattle small businesses. Good on ye Starbucks. You’ve done much for the planet’s service economy.
This leaf of the Starbucks coffee tree is a great meeting spot in the SE valley, near the 10 and 202. Nice morning and afternoon light. Got Google WiFi and a few outlets.
You know the drinks and lingo and have your own ideas about them.

Great service, friendly staff, but no drive through. You can’t have everything. I stop here every morning and have never had a bad experience.

Avoid like the plague.
Unless you like waiting in a huge line and be treated like garbage.
They seriously need to figure something out for this location. I’m done coming here.

This is the Starbucks that I always come to. The staff knows my drink and they’re all very friendly.
