I highly recommend Taz! He is an excellent instructor who is not only knowledgeable about the food he prepares, but also the culture that it originated from. His classes are fun, informative, and fully prepare you to make multiple dishes successfully at home!

Taz is a walking Google when it comes to food, especially Indian food. Classes are built around Taz’s recipes, developed over years of travel and hours spent with Indian home cooks, but you never know what gems of culinary knowledge are going to embroider your hands-​on experience. Note that classes need not be taken in order (not beginner-​to-​advanced) and Taz uses different recipes each time he teaches a module so repeats, should you sign up for them, are a whole new experience. Endlessly interesting!
