April has been the best stylist I have been to! She does my blonde perfect every time!

I received a referral from my realtor. Since I moved across the country, I needed someone with blonde experience. I love Courtney! She is friendly, thorough, and knows a lot about her community which is an added bonus. I get partial highlights and a cut. The salon uses a unique line of products which leaves my hair soft and shiny. Nail tech on site too but I did not try her out.

So a few years ago, my hairstylist moved away and I thought I would never find someone that would cut and style my look the same. I guess sometimes, the old saying is true, one door closes, another one opens. I was recommended to try Heather Aguilar so I gave it a shot. Not only was I impressed, in being totally honest… Quickly found that she did a far better job then my previous stylist and it was actually a good thing how everything went down. Over time, not only has Heather continued to give me awesome style, she has been the only one that has cut my son Carson’s hair since birth. I know everyone thinks their kid is the cutest, but my lil guy really has a fantastic styled look as well and we have made it a routine to get our haircuts together when we go see Heather. Recently Heather followed her passion and opened up her own hair salon — The Savvy Stylist. This Salon is amazing and Heather is making sure only the best stylist work there. I had just gotten to go in for the first time since opened and was so pleased beautiful clean salon with great products. I was so happy that I didnt have to loose my stylist April she is fantastic! She knows me so well with color and cuts every time. The location and price is perfect. They have a wonderful emailing and texting sistem for reminders.

Heather and Michelle are amazing! Michelle did my hair for the first time yesterday because Heather was booked and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to make sure that my hair turned out exactly the way I wanted even though it put her a little behind. If you need your hair done, I highly recommend checking out The Savvy Stylist!

Review of business: The Savvy Stylist is tucked away in the shopping center across from the CVS on Elliot and Rural. The business itself is gorgeous! When you enter you are greeted by someone at the front and there are comfy leather chairs to sit while you wait, there is also coffee, tea, water, and little treats to munch on while you wait. As it is a new business all of the equipment is new, like not just freshly purchased new, but like innovative new! Just wait till you see the hairdryers, I died of amazement… who knew you could be impressed by a hairdryer?! Not this girl.
Quick rundown of services offered are color, cuts, wax, manicures, and pedicures. I won’t review the actual services, as I have been a client of Heather’s for so long it is OBVIOUS that I think that she is amazing and love her work.
My recommendation is to go check it out yourself! New clients get 15% off I hear!

My wife and I have been going to Blondie’s since we moved here from California last year. Heather made the decision to move nearby. It was a good move. The new location is getting a makeover, is much larger and about the only thing it will need are new ceiling tiles. If you want more than a barber shop or hair salon, this is the place, but it is reasonable. I highly recommend it and it is very convenient with the Rural Rd. and Elliot cross street.
