V-One Aloha Limousines

My husband and I booked reservations for a ride to and from the airport through Groupon in May 2012. (Our flights were scheduled (international) for October 2012.)
The day of our departure to PHX Sky Harbor airport from our home in Fountain Hills, our driver, Zachary, showed up on time and got us to the airport quickly and safely. Zachary was wonderful and a delight to converse with.
The problem occured when I received an email the day before we had scheduled a pick-​up with V-​One at Phoenix Sky Harbor after our flight back from London. V-​One had cancelled our reservation, stating that they were suspending operations until October 22. The reason given was due to medically-​related injuries and surgeries. Needless to say, I was not happy finding out the day before we were to leave London that our transportation home from Phoenix Sky Harbor had been cancelled, and I had to make frantic last-​minute alternate arrangements for transportation. No mention of refund, by the way, in the email that was sent to me from V-​One.
Would not recommend this company if you want reliable transportation from the airport.

This is the WORST run business, we have EVER dealt with!!! DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! We hired this service for a one way ride from a concert, they could not find our driver??? Finally they found an «emergency» driver, who was there an hour and a half later! The original driver was to show in a Cadillac Navigator, they sent a Honda Accord. I drive a nicer car. When I called and spoke with the owner, Victor, he was rude, and told me he heard the story much differently and would have to investigate the situation and call me back. I never received a call back. When I called back, Victor told me the car was there in an hour (total lie), they did nothing wrong, (his phone service apologized over and over for their mistake, the night of the incident!!!), and he held up his side of the bargain. Then he continues to tell me he heard I was inebriated, and I didn’t know what was going on !!! Unreal, don’t we use a limo service to have some drinks and not worry. Three drinks do not make me inebriated, but we are smart and know that three drinks are legally a DUI. Victor then hung up on me!!! I If you live by the theory that the customer is usually right, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! The owner is so so so rude! This limo business is very short lived, doing the dishonest, horrible service they do!!! THE WORST EXPIERENCE EVER!!! IWILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN, AND YOU SHOULD“NT EITHER!!! No stars is best for this poorly run business, but I had to use one: ((
