Ygnition Networks

I have been with cox, comcast, and others. THIS IS BY FAR, THE WORST COMPANY I EVER PAID MONEY TO USE IN ANY INDUSTRY. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER WAY!!! I pay $ 170 per month and I’m only waiting for the NBA playoffs to be done before canceling. I would rather stream shows from online. Basic TV stations will often have a complete loss of service all day. Unreal!!! I’m forced to use them like others because of my apt complex but I will just use Netflix moving forward because this is the worst!!! I’m literally frustrated beyond belief because espn hasn’t come in for weeks, my HBO comes in 50% of the time, and frankly calling in gets me nowhere!!! Also you can’t record shows, there is no option for on demand, this is crazy!!! I think I just talked myself into walking away now and going to a bar to watch the games cuz chances are ygnition or new media west will only have it in Standard Definition cuz HD is always out, or there will be a complete signal loss and I’m ending up watching it on my phone. SMH!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have the same problems as the other Unilocalers. What garbage, I did once get a $ 30 credit Big Friggin’ deal. Hold times of 30 minutes is the norm. If you are moving into a condo community, ask them the provider before signing anything. If it’s this horse crap service, move some place else. They are a broker for Dish network but you can’t call Dish, they tell you to call Ygnition, blah blah blah. Can’t wait to move…

Absolute GARBAGE– i’m forced into having this MONOPOLY cable network at my condo– the prices are not cheap for cable & internet & the programs SUCK! Net is slow, i can’t believe we must have this garbage or just not have cable at all!

I would rate ygnition as a 2 only because of the cheap price i pay monthly. however when it comes to customer service and channel selection– I never would have signed up with them if i would have known how disappointing ygnition really is. When I first signed up we had all the great channels for only like 50bucks (great channels meaning the animal planet, nfl channel, golf channel, ect… all the sports channels, the own channel), then about 2 months ago we get a letter in the mail saying now we will only have to pay 40bucks a month (awesome right! or so we thought) and that next week we will be getting additional channels and that some channels would be removed. Well the next week there was no more animal planet, no more sports channels, no more anything. Instead they replaced them with the qvc channel, and some horse racing off track betting type channel — only you can not bet on the horses, just watch them, gay! Not to mention that for the last like 4 months we’ve had to call and dispute our bill because its always wrong. My boyfriend finally asked to talk to a manager just to place a complaint and the customer service person said «its pointless to talk to a manager, hes not going to give you a free month!!» hello… excuse me… did we ask for a free month? Simply wanted to place a complaint. The cable is constantly going out for like a day, certain channels will be out for weeks, tv guide is constantly wrong. ect. I definatly would not refer anyone to ygnition networking. Very disappointing :(Like i said though dont get me wrong, it is very affordable if all you want to watch is the news, cnn, like 5 kids channels, horse racing, and mtv– then it is definatly for you :)
