Miracle Salon & Medi Spa

I got my pedi on with Trish. She did a great job. My toes look awesome. I may get a pedi a little more often than my current cycle of one per year.

Edit– The technician who did such a bad job on my 4^th appointment no longer works for the spa. I have edited my rating to add another star for the customer service from the owner and my usual technician, Gabby who is just wonderful. She spent extra time zapping over the spots which were missed (and there were many spots). My last appointment was more painful than the previous but I am confident at the end I will be 100% satisfied.

I am in the midst of my treatment and I will update this review a few months after its completed.
Thus far I’m not 100% happy with my treatments. There are several patches that were clearly not «zapped» at my last (or even previous) treatment based on significant growth in these patches. I’m not sure if the new girl was not being careful but it is disappointing and I hope it will be resolved at my next session.
Gabby my usual tech is friendly and makes the treatments seem less painful than they actually are. Which is like a rubber band snapping your skin repeatedly until you’re finished.

I completed my last round of laser hair removal (full bikini and underarms) on November 1^st and it has all come back. I absolutely regret spending 500+ dollars. Yes, the staff was very friendly and Donna certainly put me at ease; this was not at all what I was expecting nor what they were selling. It’s as if I never had laser hair removal. Very, very disappointing.

BEST PLACE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL!!! After going to three other laser hair removal places, I am most pleased with Miracle Salon and Spa. The staff is very friendly, the prices are very affordable, the pain is very minimal, and the results are amazing!

I went to Miracle salon and medi spa to get on the whole NO MORE shaving or waxing train! I have to say… I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER, not only with the clean, beautiful, visually satisfying facility, but the warmth, and kindness of the staff. Every one was extremely professional and friendly and as a bonus my consultation/​first hair removal treatment was with the wonderfull owner Donna! She couldn’t have been any greater of a person let alone a technician! I will never go anywhere else! I left there feeling extremely blessed! :) :) :)

I use to partake in almost all the services this salon offered. From tanning, hair, nails, facials, massage, gift cards and other spa services offered. Unfortunately, the only service I am still a client for is Shawana’s massages. Mike usually comes in an gives massages during the holidays. Which is the meat massage you will ever experience. Both of these massage therapists deserve a 5 star raiting. However, the rest of the salon is not the same with the amount of turnover they have experienced in the last couple years. Still a nice place to go but the quality, the ambiance, and the lack of water in the spa rooms for hygienic reasons has forced be to go else where for services I use to be able to get all in one place :-(
