Nick & Jimmy Bar & Grill

We have given this place a shot two different times and both experiences were so disappointing, that it is now a joke between us and our friends. We understand that this is a down, home local sports bar so we had low expectations to start. It is actually impressive how painfully terrible this place is from the food, to the service, to the overall dirty atmosphere. Our waitress made 5 attempts to get our bill correct and failed all 5 times. I could say she was attempting to try, but that would be a lie. Don’t waste your money here. You’d be better off buying a Hot N Ready from Little Cesars

My buddies and I usually go to the Monroe Street location which we’ve never had a complaint. So we decided to go to this location and see if there was a difference. Boy was there and not for the better. It was the same menu at the Toledo location. We had ordered the buffalo chicken dip which I will say was the worst I’ve ever had. It only had two pieces of chicken in it and was watery. We weren’t even a third of a way through the dip when I brought this to the attention of the bartender and all he could tell us was sorry. Never offered to replace it. I then ordered the Cream cheese and Salami wrap. It came with chips which was fine. But what was not fine is that this wrap/​sandwich was completely dry and Tasted bland. I would not recommend this location and would have the owners seriously look at who cooks their food. I do however recommend the Monroe Street Location in Toledo. They know how to do it!

Fun bar and great grill!
Located off of Lewis Ave, it’s easy to find with plenty of parking. The bar and grill offers a large bar and dining area. It’s kept clean with a fun vibe. The bartenders and servers here are great. So friendly and attentive.
Luckily they offer a late night menu to order from. We chose the nachos to start with beef, cheese and guac. They were just ok. I wouldn’t rush back to order again. On the plus side, we ordered the Chicken Bacon and Ranch pizza. A great balance of flavors and toppings gave this pizza two thumbs up! It was cooked perfectly with a great tasting crust. I loved every bite!
Nick & Jimmy’s is a fun atmosphere to be with friends. It’s a bonus the food is good!

I’m from Bedford so i frequent n&j’s, and I think it’s a nice place. Very spacious, and they have a pool and shuffleboard table. The food never disappoints either. Just an overall good sports bar.

Nick & Jimmy’s is always very good. Few steps up from bar food, good bar food. Love the shrimp. Please bring back the Bubba burger… One of the best burgers I have ever had. It isn’t gourmet, but I have no idea how anyone wouldn’t like it.

I’d prefer to give them zero stars. We ordered the food to go and there was a hair in my chicken wrap. They stick whole pieces of chicken in the buffalo chicken wrap. I might as well have ordered a chicken sandwich. There was zero sauce in the wrap and it was smothered in blue cheese. I barely ate anything but the fries were edible.
