Beta Security Systems

We are a current customer of Beta and was recently robbed. Beta contacted the police
very very quickly and the thiefs only stole a few items since the police arrived within 5 minutes.
Great job Beta! If you need a good security company, Beta is the one!

I have been a customer of beta security for 4 years and always paid my bill in advance every time I get a statement from them. However, when I decided to cancel them because i have decided not to have a land line, Beta Security refused to cancel me and said that the contract roll over every two year if I don’t cancel them after my two years up. After I had pointed out to them that I have paid them on time every 3 months for over 4 years, they gave me one month refund instead of my 2 ½ months refund. This partial refund happened after about 5 phone calls to request my refund. This company is happy to collect your money, but when you want out of their service they will give you a run around and all the excuse that you cannot cancel them. Good luck to those who wants to use them.
