This place is a joke! I would give this place no stars if I could. Boxes were everywhere and products miss labeled. They have a sale if buy one and get the second one 50% which was a lie the lady rings me up and tells me «I guess it doesn’t apply» when there are red tags everywhere. Then I grab some ISO protein that is clearly labeled $ 75.99 and at the register she tells me it’s $ 108 and we go back and forth and I show here the tag and she tells me «no sorry it’s labeled wrong and it’s a different bar code» are kidding me! I left this place completely pissed off of the false advertisement and the fact that they do not honor the prices they have labeled. I am a GNC member and now i think having a membership is a waste of money! Thanks for the coupon GNC!(Belongs in the trash)

Stupid Asian guy. He sucks at customer service. 03÷31÷154:50 pm. Bad attitude and just seating in the back room. Gets bottered every time a custumers walks in because he has to get up from his chair. No helpful at all.

This place does not have any good reviews and I almost didn’t come because of what I read but I didn’t feel like driving to Pasadena to Vitamin Shoppe for my Syntha 6 so I ended up here and pheewwwww!!! I’m glad I was greeted by Judy. She was there to help me and she is so sweet. She helped me find what I was looking for and complimented on how cute my Daughter was. Thanks Judy Tudy!!!

This GNC is flat out bad. Besides from their«pet store» odor, their customer services needs A LOT of work. I went in and was not greeted or acknowledged but stared at. It really did not bother me much. However, there was only one other customer and once they left no one on the staff offered any help. In addition, when the customer left, I overheard one employee tell the other employee that he wS going to teach him how to use his employee discount when purchasing items. I feel like they should be doing that when there are no customers or after a customer indicates they do not need their help & as mentioned before, I was never asked. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. Won’t be coming back to say the least.

No stars but Unilocal makes you put at least one. Really bad customer service by Judy L. I can’t believe someone could be so rude. I didnt even ask for help or advice but if I did, it would be very important that they spoke English correctly. I had a coupon for a free gold card membership and she refused to take it because it didnt have a barcode. The coupon that I had didnt have a barcode, it only had instructions on how to use it. I had to literally read the whole discreption to her and then she said ok I’ll except it. Once I paid she said see since you didnt have a coupon to scan I saved you $ 15 which is the gold membership fee. Next time you need to bring a coupon with a barcode. I will be looking for other places I can take my business where people aren’t rude!
