Worst checkers ever!!! Ghetto rude staff. And it tastes like they fry their funnel cakes in the damn burger grease.

DON’T. DO. IT.
I know the commercials grabbed your attention and it all looks good, but this location sucks! Damn you shrimp box! Back home they are known as Rally’s and they are actually mad decent. Unfortunately, my friend and I had the worst service and inedible food ever at this location. First the guy at the drive thru attempts to conveniently forget to hand me back my change. When we finally bring the food home, it’s just grease. The shrimp box consisted of 5 shrimp shaped specks with more fries than shrimp. The burgers were sloppy and because it was late night and we were hungry, we decided to take our chances. Two hours later and we are holding our stomachs screaming bloody murder. I think starving would have been the better option in this situation.

Worst service EVER!!! Waited 16 minutes to get someone to take my order. The workers were very rude. The manger female finally took my order … smh and did not do nothing about my story. Not one apology about her team.
I guess this is what the area has to offer. Burger was luke cold I mean not even warm. Bun was stale and they forgotv to make it with heart that’s the the fact that I had a bad experience.

Ate here about two weeks ago. I used to live in New Jersey and liked their food but the service here sucked and the food was super greasy and not tasty. I had wings and fries. If the service was better I might try them again, but not worth it.

I hate to spend my 100^th review giving a crappy fast food joint a 1 star review, but it needs to be done. I can’t let this place slide by with 5 stars.
Checkers itself is a nice chain. Great chili dogs, good burgers, etc.
But the long haired dopy looking kid working the drive thru has ruined my afternoon for the last time. He’s one of these awful kids who make it seem like you’re really inconveniencing him for making a food order. He screws up orders then acts like it’s your fault. Or like today, he only let me read half my order before giving me my total and telling me to pull ahead.
If a Checkers manager reads this please take him off any kind of customer service role. I don’t want anyone to get fired, but maybe put him on the fryolator and make sure he doesn’t spit in anyone’s food.

It’s a checkers! Been here a few times. Burgers always good, fries are awesome.
