Iverson Mall

I don’t necessarily come here to shop because it’s too far away from where I live, but I come here once a year to get my taxes done.
Pretty slow mall and big space but not my style. It wouldn’t be my choice of mall if I had a choice.

I’ve heard about this mall by people that are from DC. Everyone that told me about it, has always made a point to mention the questionable neighborhood and people that frequent this mall. Yes! Both mentioned above would deter any from visiting this place. However, the mall itself with the stores that are there, are clean and affordable. Burlington coat factory is organized and well kept. Roses department store is a jackpot for any family that is low income and wants to be able to furnish, decorate, and other various home and personal care needs (not a high quality, but worth every dollar spent). Even the smaller stores throughout great deals with good customer service. It’s a solid place for shopping.

The Furniture Place at Iverson Mallis a new furniture store in the mall. On 10/​22/​2015 I went to this furniture store and looked around ending up putting a dining room table and four chair on layway buyer be ware the prices are marked up so that it is perceived that the price haggling is giving you a good deal they write up sale on other store invoice the mananger is rude and obnoxious poor customers service. I tried getting my invoice writting on the correct store invoice with the stated store policies the manager Mr. Zohair Moohammad refused to write the invoice of the layway sale on the correct store invoice, I then ask since he would not write on the current store invoice just in case something goes wrong or some type of discrepancy arises I would be informed and it’s written on the rcorrect receipt/invoice.I ask for a refund he states the is a no refund policy s o I cfilrd a compliant with conservative protection agency for Maryland. Make sure if you patronize this store make sure it’s on the right invoice God when you receive your merchandise what or if any problems other problem arises Beware ask questions and get it in writing because the manager of this new store will not work with you, poor customers service!!! Nice furniture though.

I really love this mall alot. Its hardly NEVER anyone in here. Which is a plus for me because I do not like crowds lol. So here is the deal with this mall. Most people say this mall is «hood» because of the location and its in a predominately black area… but I dont listen to what other folks say. They have store for kids, as well as professionals. And the prices are very reasonable. The staff are usually friendly that work in the mall. But i do notice the security talking about people esp the women that walk pass in the mall. Thats something that i really dont like. I want to shop in peace not listen to security judge me up and down on what I have on. Its really annoying. They dont have a good selection of places to eat at in this mall. They have three spots to eat at in the mall but thats about it. But there is a Bojangles, KFC, and Taco Bell near the location. Also, its not walking distance to any metro station. But hey it works for me

I need a new coat and stop at one of the stores. They had more cloth then ever. But only a hand full of people shopping. After me and my brother stop in the shopping mall to wait for owner ride back home. One side is so small and most of it was closed. Maybe only one or so people in the mall at one time. It was so sad that I was told about this sad place. Please close this mall down. I’m will never come here ever again.

Iverson mall is the ghettoest mall in America and the smallest. They have 10 shoes stores on one floor alone.
