DO NOT USE KINGDOM INFLATABLES!
They do not follow through. And, do not let you know or follow up for anything. Business with them was like trying to catch a hologram. What a waste of deposit money that I will not ever get back.

I purchased a Groupon voucher to use this company for my daughter’s 5th birthday party. They were suppose to provide a moon bounce and a cotton candy machine. I paid $ 150 for the Groupon and then paid an additional $ 114 for being outside of their travel area and for the cotton candy machine supplies. After I had submitted the contract, I saw poor reviews on Unilocal.I called the company and asked about the poor reviews and they said that there were misunderstandings that have since been worked out. Well, they never showed up for my little girl’s birthday party. I had approximately 20 kids at my house who were all very disappointed. I called Kingdom Inflatables several times and no one answered. I left a voicemail and I still have not heard back from them and doubt that I will. This «company» is a fraud! Do not use them!

Do not use this company for anything. We paid in advance and they never showed up. They did not answer my calls when I tried to find out where they were. They completely ruined the birthday party.

Booked a moon bounce for a birthday party, but No MOON BOUNCE SHOWED on the day of the event. Even worse, noone bothered to answer the phone when I called repeatedly to check on the delivery! Very unprofessional. Still waiting on the refund that I have been promised. If you care about your event, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
