Modern Carpet One Floor & Home

My husband and I decided that we wanted to replace our flooring in our kitchen. We happened to be walking by Modern Carpet One (Lanham, MD location) on our way to another store in the same shopping mall and decided to take a look. We were greeted by Fred (very helpful and knowledgeable). He let us take home a sample of the flooring that we were considering, before making a decision. Within a day or two, someone came out and measured the area. The cost for materials and installation was comparable to others but because of the friendly service we received, we decided to go with Modern Carpet One. They installed based on our request (a week later). The installers were also very courteous and helpful (provided maintenance tips). My overall experience was very good. I would definitely recommend. I am now considering them to do our kitchen counter tops.

I recently purchased carpet & pad for my apartment. The staff was courteous and informative. They have a wide selection of flooring. I will surely purchase from them again.
