Cici’s Pizza

If I could give 0 stars I would this place was so disgusting so unprofessional just everything was wrong the employees didn’t even seem to want to be there the hole time I was there no one bust a table until 2 min before I left you couldn’t tell who the manager was because no employee seem to care the sweet tea was out I ask for more and it took them about 20 mins to even prep the machine to start the tea agine the pizza was super old the sauce looked very disgusting this is the worse cicis I have ever been to by far I really wish I could get my money back since I could barely eat from the disgusting atmosphere the shity service and nasty smell of wet dog if u can avoid this place please do unless u like eating in a trash can then enjoy

Dirty. Tables were not being cleaned, buffet area was dirty, floors were dirty. Needed to be swept and mopped. No sauces for pasta. Tea was empty told. Food was over cooked. But the thing that really pissed me off was that they had so many workers that were not doing nothing. They need to fire everybody in there since nobody wants to step up and make this establishment live up to customers expectations of what Cicis is highly disappointed. Will never be back unless we see a «under new management» sign or something

The pizza was cold and hard as if it had been sitting for days. Then a man brought his dog into the restaurant and the manager didn’t even care it was not a seeing eye dog that’s great that’s exactly what you want a dog around all the food you’re about to eat. There were also lots of people coughing and sneezing and I’m sure they did it on the food. I only gave it two stars because the drinks were pretty good the soda had that fresh from the fountain taste. But I would recommend another pizza place

Never again! Cici’s used to be a really good value not anymore. Today was my last vist to the Temple Location. I have seen this place go way down to the point that I wonder how they pass health inspections. The mens room is NEVER clean, always smells, and very ofter has no paper towels, I am afraid that I will catch something just touching the door handle. As for the Pizza. it is tasteless. I don’t care if its a pepperoni, or a supreme thay are just tasteless. It used to be you could get a thick crust, or a pan pizza, but I haven’t seen a thick crust pan pizza in ages. Most of the serving line is pizza that has sat, and they just add to it from under the counter. I started to ask for a specific pizza to be made for me when I went in because I was tired of cold old Pizza. Now if you ask for them to make you a pizza you may just have a fight on your hands, the last 4 visits I had to argue with them all but once. They like to say its on the buffet, but by the time you get there its either old and cold or gone. Today I argued for a supreme and was told no, its on the buffet, finally the girl relented and made a small pizza and had it delivered to my table. It was real nasty, the onions, and green peppers were not even cooked, no olives, and just plain terrible. There was a time went any Cici was a good deal, employees were pleasant to deal with, and customers were always served. Today, too many teenagers, and for that matter adults who don’t seem to care about the quality of the food…

This place is super dirty. The staff doesn’t care that the appearance is horrible. I will be contacting the owner on Monday. Our drinks had film on it. The guy at the front counter just said there was an issue with the dish washer. DO NOT WASTE your time or MONEY.

We got take out. Fast, good pizza. Good cinnamon rolls. Good wings.

Most disgusting restaurant that I have ever eaten at in my entire life.
