While away visiting family, the people caring for our home and dogs called to tell us the air conditioner was out. Of course we did troubleshooting but it was broken. My husband found Locket online and knowing nothing about them, called for service,
The tech they sent was thorough, and found a serious issue involving the unit inside the house. He explained the issue and tried immediately to find parts to help. My friend was truly impressed,
The communication was terrific which was very important being hundreds of miles away. Our part was ordered Friday and received and installed on Monday.
I am so very pleased with every aspect of dealing with Lockey including price and feel comfortable highly recommending them.

This is a fairly small company, but even so they were able to make a service call the same day I called the office. There were no hidden surprises on my bill. The technician made sure I understood what was going on in layman’s terms without being confusing. Everyone was friendly, from the office workers who answered my calls, to the guy who came to my house. He explained what he could do in the short term to get things to work temporarily, or by spending a little more money, I could fix the problems permanently. He explained what he would do if he was having these problems in his own house, and did not leave until I was clear on everything. Next time I have problems, I am certainly calling this company!
