As you might guess from my username, I frequent several Philly Pretzel Factory locations. The manager and staff here are always really friendly. They did a great job with a custom «Happy Birthday» pretzel greeting and even gave me free hot pretzels when I picked it up. It was a huge hit for my brother’s 16th birthday party.
