POP-A-LOCK OF KILLEEN

I requested roadside assistance through Geico with Pop A Lock Killeen. 20 minutes after scheduled arrival time, still no word from them. So I decided to call them, my call was answered but without them saying a word they hung up on me. Another 20 minutes later (40 minutes after the scheduled arrival time) I called again. This time a lady picked up. I explained my situation to her and she said she would call the technician and placed me on a hold. Several minutes later she told me that she couldn’t get a hold of the technician and fore to wait another 30 minutes. When I told her that I found the way they do business very unprofessional, she rudly hung up on me.
Needless to say I gave the lady a call back to give her a piece of my mind, come to find out she is actually a manager. Clearly this company does not want any business.
