We hired this company to do a 3 part install for a new bathroom that is being added to an addition in the back of our home.
Princes brother Judge and another man came to lay the pipes to complete the first part of the contract. They came, took their sweet time and took several brakes. They even left for a two hour lunch break. The work was sloppy and was not what we wanted. It barely passed inspection because the pipes were nearly too short. Because we hired them to complete the job, we called them back out for part two, keep in mind they put the pipes in and then we had concrete poured, so the plumbers knew where to dig to find the pipes for part two. I called Prince plumbing for part two 6 months later and he tells me he needs to do a reassessment. He does the reassessment and tells us he is not happy with the work that was done by his brother just by looking at it. He states we need a different type of install because there is not enough fall in the area. He states he will need to raise his price by no more than 20%. We were shocked. Then he goes on to tell us he had to FIRE his brother Judge and another worker because they were not getting the job done and the work was poor. He wines and says the job will take 3 days to complete. He never calls us back, we left messages, this went on for a week trying to reach him. When we finally reached him he says he’s now swamped with work, he doesn’t have the crew, all kinds of excuses. This company is not worth your time. They don’t honor their own contracts, the work is lousy and they make excuses for jobs they don’t want to do. If you have to fire your own brother, you know this is a lousy company. Good help is hard to find. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF PLUMBING. I gave one star because you can’t rate them without a star.

The work was decent and the workers were nice but we reviewed the invoices and noticed we were double-​billed for some services. We called the receptionist and told her. We never received a call back from the owner, and each time we tried to call back our calls were blocked. Should’ve checked BBB first.
