The crew was prompt & set right to task. They were thorough & didn’t try to «oversell» additional services & were careful with trim work at baseboards.
Several stains were much less noticeable after their attempts to remove them. These are stains that are long-standing & have not yielded to multiple professional & amateur trials. I was pleased & also pleased with how quickly they were finished.
As this is a franchise with several teams, I hope my next time with them goes as well.

Wet carpet!!! I’ve used other companies but saw an ad and read some reviews so decided to give these guys a try. Won’t do it again. When touching the carpet my hand
came up visibly wet and I asked if that was normal for them. Oh yes they said. It’ll dry
fast. 5 hours later there are many spots that are VERY WET! So much so that I’m using a sheet to blot up some of the water. Will go back to who I’ve used in the past. Yes my carpet is clean — but, at what cost?!

I have had my carpets cleaned by two other companies in Temple, Tx. Both used shampoo instead of solution. After having my carpets cleaned by Best Way in Temple and Rainbow Cleaners near by none of them even come close to the quality and knowledge I gained when using Stanley Steemer. They are very professional, organized and they will do an excellent job. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer for your tile& grout, upholstery, hardwood floor cleaning, air ducts, and carpet cleaning.
