Called to possibly get an idea of how much a sample menu would be and he was just so difficult to talk to… He just said I am interviewing the client as well as you are interviewing me… Came across as arrogant.

Jeff and team catered a dinner for our group of around 20 guests as part of a birthday celebration at the Green Gate Ranch. He worked very closely with us to put together a well-conceived and varied menu that matched our budget and preferences. He(and assistant) arrived on time and were very professional and focused in their efforts. The visual preparation and taste of each dish was spectacular and become a highlight of the weekend. He even, at our request, gave a small introduction to each dish and added some local culinary color which made the dinner seem even more special. I would highly recommend Jeffrey to others looking to hire a chef for a private event on the Central Coast. My only regret is that we didn’t take more advantage of his extensive wine knowledge and network to be more forthright in our pairings for the evening!

Fabulous Chef! Once again, Jeff brought his A-game! I love him! He catered my daughter’s 30th birthday. He made it a night to remember, the food was superb and the wine pairing was remarkable. He catered my son reception dinner 2 years ago and the people that were there were so happy to see him again and enjoy his wonderful food! He is amazing! My family loved him and still talk about his delicious food!

Just had a great lunch at Gray Wolf Cellars prepared by Jeffry’s Catering. Get there by 4:00 and enjoy some fantastic fare! Highly recommend bbq tri tip & you gotta try those truffle potato chips!!!

Jeffry’s Catering is the best. They won first place in the Cioppino and Vino competition at the Paso Robles Inn last October. They made the only true cioppino dish, as the others were either bouillabaisse or some other seafood soup. I have tried their food at a few winery events and it has always been delicious. Jeffry usually prepares a variety of dishes and is an expert at pairing food with wines. He was the chef at Vinoteca before it was sold.
