I went here to get an xray of my ankle. As I was sitting in the waiting room I started reading through the reviews. This place has some pretty bad reviews so I was expecting to have the same experience. Thankfully it was not even close. I was taken back fairly quick and the gal that did my xray was quite friendly. I had a much different experience than the reviews lead me to believe I would have. The place was clean, the staff were friendly from the front to the back and the service was within reason considering there were quite a few people waiting. Good job to them! Recommended!

Several weeks ago I went in for 3 procedures. I have to say everyone in this office is friendly except for the Ultrasound Tech. named Denise. OMG she must be a miserable person… it is very important to her to make you feel bad in some way. I caught her roling her eyes. Her orders, and yes i said orders, are not clear and then she gets irritated when you don’t understand her one word commands. I tried to lighten the mood and get her to be friendly and laugh … but no she is not going to be friendly or warm. It started with her saying my name wrong, which every body does my whole life. This never offends me, and it does not offend others when I kindly tell them how it should sound. She reacted immediately to my suggestion of how to pronounce my name with a jabby«well how would I know that!» and it just went down hill from that. Here is a suggestion: DON’T BEINTHEHEALTHCAREFIELDIFYOUDON’T LIKEPEOPLE! I called the Office Manager, Kelly, to tell her and I said this can not be the first time she has gotten a complaint. She said no it is not. Then I said usually people do not feel good when they are coming to get these kinds of tests to begin with. She said«Yeah thats a big problem for us we have to deal with people who do not feel good!». Seriously, could you guys do some bed side training in your firm please? She said she would take this to her superiors. So I was hoping to get some kind of phone call or apology. But no! Next a week later, I called to get my records sent to the one of my main Doctor’s because they sent only 1 of the 3 test results when I signed a release for all the work. Alicia said she would send them right away. Two weeks later I went for followup with my Doctor and the two other test results were not sent still! OMG. Please help your patients. I went to Radiology Diagnostic Center next and told them my experience. They said they hear negative stuff all the time about Temp. Imaging, Inc. and that they are a part of Tenet. They recommended that I report it to Tenet. Excellent service at Radiology Diagnostic Center. Tip: FIREDENISE! How many people does she make feel like crap but they do not tell you. You’re a business, and I am taking my business elsewhere. People should never be abused while they are spending their money and energy to support you! Denise says mean things thru a manipulative smile, thinking she will get away with the words. NOPE!

I have terrible Claustrophobia and when I went in to have my MRI done Marti was so wonderful to me. Telling me I should try to get some medication to calm me down from my doctor and holding my hand, comforting me – she couldn’t have been any sweeter. I got meds from my doc and called to let her know and said I would like to see if I might be able to handle it without them. She had me come in and during a lull in the schedule she introduced me to Mike the tech and he took me back to let me take a dry run. It was not going to happen without drugs we determined. I went in this morning for my appointment having taken 2 valium. Marti remembered me and again was so very sweet and caring. When it was time for my scan Mike came and got me and let my husband come in with me to be comforting. I then got a cloth to go over my eyes and was told exactly what would happen. With their kindness and help I was able to get my MRI and actually enjoy the experience. If you are afraid or have claustrophobia this is the place to go for kind, gentle, caring treatment.

This is really only for the Mri department. They were fantastic… Im not a fan of the tube but the tech Mike made it great and also the women up front Marty was also wonderful. I will return here if my Doctor needs me to have another scan done.

I had the worst experience ever in this office. I had an emergency and had to miss my morning appointment. I was told to call back and they would see if they could fit me back in the schedule later and they did. The ultrasound tech Jaime was one of the worst«professionals» I have ever had to deal with. She basically scolded me for missing my morning appointment and refused to do the second part of my exam which was to check the well-being of my UNBORNCHILD! The front office staff was shocked when I told them I was told to reschedule and I basically left in tears. I received a call about 30 minutes later, they were sorry about my experience and had an opening later in the evening to finish my exams. The front office was very nice and polite but I will NEVER go back to this office. The office manager tried to make it better but first impressions can never be changed.

The front desk ladies are extremely rude. They will act as if you have disturbed them when you goto schedule or change any appointments. Furthermore, the lady that does their ultrasounds is rude and dismissive. This place definitely needs to restructure it’s customer service. Life’s too short to be so grumpy.

First time I’ve been here: front desk/reception ‘ladies’ are rude and dismissive. I admit I interrupted their gossiping and bad mouthing of the patient that had just left– by asking if I was in the right office(there are two). It turns out they’re like that to almost everyone. As horrible as the waiting area was(mostly because you can hear them bad mouthing pretty much everything– including patients they’ve put on hold) — the technicians are super nice and helpful. They made a scary situation a little bit easier. Unfortunately I had to wait in the waiting room again for my ride– and continue listening to the reception ladies complain and gossip. Gotta wonder why they work there if the dislike the patients and their work so much? I hope I can avoid going back. Or ask my Dr to send me to another place for my next X-rays.
