I was so lucky to have had my sister choose Karen Seeman as her realtor. Karen had found tenants to rent her condos and those tenants took care of the property as if it were their own. When it came time for the lease’s to expire and the properties to be sold Karen handle everything with ease. Karen seemed to have a warm and friendly relationship with the outgoing tenants as well as our fantastic superintendent. Karen was quick with creative suggestions to enhance the living space for the sales. It was obvious to me that Karen loves her job and she does it very, very well.
