Good food, great waitress and fair price, I’d probably gave it a five if the salad bar was fresh and kept up with, I was very surprise how good the food was for a RubyTuesday’s.

I’ve tried this restaurant twice. The first time was expensive and I was served an all pink, luke warm hamburger that was ordered well done. I never saw my server again after she served me my order although I even looked for her. All of the servers were too busy in the kitchen chatting and laughing with one another to care enough to do their jobs. The salad bar looks much better than it actually is. Their potato salad is the worst that I have ever had.
The second time that I visited this restaurant was for free because I contacted Rubey Tuesday via their website and reported my experience. The second experience was as bad as the first, avoid this restaurant like the plague!

Not often do I give five stars, the waitress was great and the chicken and ribs were out of this world! Nice place with a good atmosphere.

Talked my family to go out for my mother birthday but it turned out to be a terrible experience. Ordered ribeye medium rare came out well done. Had waitress verify and she agreed and brought it back. They cooked me another one this one was smothered with butter and cooked rare. I had no one from the management staff apologize or even talk to me. Wasn’t asking for a free meal just an apology about the poorly prepared meal.

I generally consider Ruby Tuesdays to be on par with Chilis. I like the food here and the salad bar is excellent.
They were able to accomodate a large group of us on very short notice.

Food was great, nice waitresses and the a pleasant atmosphere. The only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars is that the prices are a little too high for what you get. We don’t go often because the value just isn’t that great.

Stopped by Ruby Tuesday the first night I was in Terre Haute. We were seated immediately. We ordered our drinks after looking at their great selection of draft beers. Wait staff comes back and 3 of the 5 draft beers we ordered, they don’t serve… Hmm, why have them on the menu and why did the wait staff know they don’t even carry those beers… anyways…
So I ordered the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich. It was very good, all ingredients were very fresh, to include the avocado.
As for the wait staff, it was not great. Needed another beer, nobody around. Would have had a better chance going to the bar and getting my own beer. Did I say the service was not that great?
Haven’t had great success with Ruby Tuesday’s. Might be my last trip.
