I was really disappointed!
I don’t come to Terre Haute often, so when I went to by a package the lady talked me into buying a 3 pack because it was better deal and on sale at the time. I told here I didn’t live around here and she said, so worries you can use them whenever, they don’t expire.
I paid $ 39.95 for 3 sessions and only got to use one. I got back a year later and guess what… they’ve expired! I even showed the girl working my original receipt and the computer showed I’d only tanned once.
Seeing that I had the receipt on me, I would have thought they would have honored it. Nonetheless… it was a wasted $ 40…
So… poor customer service and a loss of money = 1 star
Sorry, but I would discourage using this chain of tanning salons.
