Abbas drilled the well at a property I purchased a few years ago. Shortly after closing, I called them up and scheduled a general service call to have them go over the operation and maintenance of the system. Service techs were quick to come out and spent over an hour explaining the system, pointing out exactly where the lines were, and offering up maintenance advice. They seemed genuinely happy to help me understand the system, and were complimentary and respectful of the property. To my surprise, they decided there would be no charge for the visit.
Informative technicians? Check! Friendly and personable? Check! Great service? Check!
Now, that’s what I’m talkin’ about…
