Cici’s Pizza

I’ve been here a few times
This is as good as they get
The place is large and clean and the pizza is always fresh and hot
The tea is great !
If your looking to fill up on pizza and have a good experience, this is the place !

I called and ordered the Hog Fest pizza from this location and when I got there they gave me a large cheese pizza. I said I ordered the Hog Feast & the gal at the counter said she didn’t know what that is!!! Waste of time!

The staff at this CiCi’s is excellent. Fast and very friendly. The reason I only gave two stars is that over the last month or two my carry out pizzas have been getting skimpier and skimpier on the toppings. Todays pizza had sauce on almost ⁴⁄₅^th of the pizza and toppings on about ³⁄₅^th of the pizza. The toppings that were there was very light. It has gone from being a good deal to a bad deal which is sad for me because I (used to) eat there every week.

This place is by far one of the greatest CiCi’s I have ever been to. I go here on a regular basis due to my love of over indulging on fresh pizza made to my demand and because I have a child that eats for free. The manager there is outgoing, quirky and a great guy who is always trying to make the customer happy. Surprisingly to me the very young staff are always pleasant and provide great customer service. Some times they are very busy and crowded but at least the pizza stays fresh at the buffet.

Cheap family fair. One thing I enjoy about CiCis is that at no extra charge, you can have them make a custom half pizza or full pizza for you. I recommend doing this as soon as you walk in — as it takes at least 20 minutes to cook. My only beef with this is that even if I say that I want «extra, extra, extra mushrooms» and emphasize to them that I want handfuls of mushrooms on the pizza, there’s still about 1 mushroom per slice… so you don’t get mushroom flavor with those tiny slices. It’s a high profit business with those ingredients… I’m not sure why they are so reluctant to put on the amount you ask for. It’s not like I’m asking for lobster tails. That being said, they bring the custom pizza to your table — so it’s how you like it, hot and fresh. Because most people bring their young (and often loud & undisciplined) kids — it is sometimes so loud, you want to fall on a sharp stick… so unless you go at an off-​hour, it’s not a relaxing eating place — but it’s economical. This location takes cash only.

I give Cici’s 2 stars (rather than 1) because the service was quick & friendly, the lettuce & tomatoes in the salad bar were fresh, & the prices definitely were low.
Now, here’s why I give it only 1 star: the salad bar was the most limited I’ve ever seen, & the carrots tasted stale. And the pizza (at least that’s what they call it) was awful. Most frozen pizzas are so much better than this. It was rubbery, & I’m not really sure how they managed to do that. There is no way they actually make the pizza there, & whatever method they use to heat the pre-​made discs doesn’t really make it hot, & it makes it nearly inedible.
Luckily, I don’t have to worry about avoiding Cici’s in the future because I’m just passing through Terrell.

This is a pretty typical offering for this chain. Ok pizza at a great price. This location seems to be clean and usually has plenty on the buffet line. Another benefit would be its location for a lonely, hungry traveler-​it is on Moore (80) on the way back to Dallas.
The main drawback for that same famished traveler? Cash only! Really-​no credit cards at a chain as popular as this?

This place is like a normal Cici’s. I have to admit though since its stays busy. they have a good selection of pizza like normal and the salad bar stays well stocked. The people there are really friendly and keeps the traffic flowing.
They have a private room if folks want to have a party. isnt a big room but just the fact that its there is pretty cool.
They do have a little arcade. and that is what Cici’s is all about in my opinion! Yeah I’m a total kid. my fav game up there is the Jurassic Park. my nephew and I are pros! :P
