I hired Todd Rohe, owner of Electrical Wireworks, to do a complete electrical update for an extensive remodel I was overseeing. He seemed to be professional at the onset and his price was appealing. He was always in a hurry and was impatient with his workers. They would show up to complete some work and if Mr Rohe was there, he would start pushing them to work faster. One day, they had just arrived and had been on the job about 10 minutes when he started saying«hurry up, hurry up, we gotta go, we gotta go». He had 3 or 4 younger guys working for him and one of them was under the house working on wiring and he was nearly electrocuted one day. The house is brick and has a brick design going around it and they were installing a metal conduit on the outside of the house for some tree lighting. The wiring had to be run thru metal conduit and the conduit was cut a little bit too long and instead of taking the time to cut the conduit, they chipped out one of the brick inlays. They broke an antique door lock and jammed the lock so the door wouldn’t work. One day, he fired his entire crew only to rehire them a day or two later. All of his workers needed supervision except he was usually gone bidding other jobs. He finished up the electrical work and then complained about the punch list and got verbally abusive. He demanded payment which he received in full and hasn’t called the city for a final inspection. He has gone from being Inc to an LLC and has his business listed as Electrical Wireworks in Sunnyvale, Terrell and many other cities in the Dallas area. Buyer beware on this one.
