McDonald’s

I rolled up in here around 4AM, service was fantastic. the food was fresh for fast food, probably one of the best Mcdonald’s breakfast foods I have had. #Roadtrip yeah I am tripping eating fast food. but It just goes hand in hand.

Very dirty inside.
Covered with dust.
Tables have this black stuff on it like a mold or some kind of dirt.
The restroom had no soap, paper towels, an the order came out wrong.
I specifically said.
I’m Diabetic I need a diet coke.
She gave me Coke.
An then did it again…
Finally I went back inside an asked for a (Diet Coke)
She said «But reg Coke is better!!»
I responded it wont be better when someone sues you for refusing to give someone diet coke because you think regular is way better an refuse to give someone that item which they have asked for many times an you want to go with your excuse a Reg coke is better.

I have never gotten an order right the first time around — sometimes it takes twice to return a burger to get it right. Yes — I special order, but I’m not asking for duck flambé… I usually ask for no ketchup on the burger and I’ll get one that is all ketchup — despite the order being right on the order screen. The fries are never fresh and you have to throw a tantrum to get a couple of extra napkins in the drive-​thru. I’ve never sat in the dining area — I’ve only been through their drive thru at this location. I’ve had much better service at other locations. The managers are always friendly and apologetic for the messed up orders — I feel sorry for them — they seem so worn out — but I don’t know why they only hire people that come off the short bus to make the food. I worked fast food for over 2 years — it’s not that hard to find people that are really good at their job. Yes, you have to pay them a bit more, but it will end up with less spoilage of food in the end.
