Oak Grove Golf Course

This is a 9 hole golf course in between a apartment complex and a main road. First of all, they charge you 21 dollars for 9 holes. You can go to Crandall and pay less then that and play all 18 holes. There is no driving range. The place is run down. The roughs are weeds that haven’t been mowed in what looks like months. The fairways are actually worse the most roughs, and the greens are worse then most fairways. The greens are extremely hard and full of divots and dead grass. On hole one, i went to pull the flag stick out and the whole cup came out of the ground. They have water coolers at some holes, but there is no water in them. They want you to use the 90 degree rule when using a cart, but the cart paths are so torn up, its like riding in a four wheel drive over cars and jumps. I have been playing golf for about 15 years, and i can confidently say, this has to be the worse golf course i have played on, ever. And i can say i will not play here again. I won’t recommend it, and for the price of 21 dollars for 9 holes, i would take that money to another course and use the money i have left over for a bottled water or two.
