Nice outdoor mall with a little for everyone as far as shopping … Hated to see the reebok store downsize. My guess is they are 90% occupied.
The property and Bathrooms are always clean and Security stays vigilant as I have never heard of any problems there so Bring the Family !
Have some places for more Restaurants out by the freeway but no development for years.
Tanger needs to put an incentive out to get a nice Restaurant out there beside the Applebees.

This is not the kind of outlet shopping that has a little something for everyone. The reason I was excited to check this place out was it has a Torrid outlet store. That’s a rarity and I wanted to see how good or bad it was.
Pros: tons of parking, not too huge to walk around, has some big name stores (Old Navy, Nike, Lane Bryant), there’s a Buc-cee’s close by, and every staff person I encountered was very friendly.
Cons: food options around the area aren’t much to brag about, not enough big brands to keep people coming back, if you’ve been to any other outlets in the area this one just looks sad.
As a Torrid fan, I’ll be back. As an outlet mall fan, I’m underwhelmed.

The only other thing I would love to see is the prices brought down some, I’ve been to other outlet malls and they are not as high. The coupons you get don’t really help cause of the prices you can’t see a difference. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and close to my home.

Always love shopping at Tanger, great buys at many stores although some of the stores have the same prices they have at the regular stores for those chains it is still convenient to shop there and not have to drive to many different locations.

The Outlet Mall is OK for some discounts on some of the stores at this location. But, I just can’t seem to understand why they call these stores an Outlet Center if the prices are about the same as the local malls in Dallas. I don’t know… I may really think about going to this place again since I didn’t really didn’t save much. With the gas money that I spent, and the merely low prices… I just simply didn’t see the savings at all.

This place has gone DOWN HILL. I’m not sure if they ever reached the top, but as the man said in Liar Liar, «I’ve had better.» I knew it had moved past its hayday when I noticed they have a run down movie theatre on premises. I didn’t recognize most of the stores and personally I thought it would be bigger. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and hit every store that caught my attention. It’s a shame.

Oddly, Tanger outlets would sort of make a decent date night. There’s a theater, a restaurant, and then shopping. Some of the «outlets» are not actually outlets with discounts (I’m looking at you, Old Navy), but some have good deals. It’s set up nicely with lots of parking and the stores are clean and well-​staffed, so it’s a good atmosphere for shopping. And across the highway you can stop at Schlotsky’s and Starbucks.

Augusta, GA
This location isn’t far out of Dallas proper for some real bargains. You get a decent % off in each store making the trip worthwhile vs the mall. Lots of parking, places to grab a bite and a variety of stores to choose from. Some stores provide more bargains then others, you can always call ahead and see what sales are going on before you make the drive.
