For a private airport it has, unfortunately, some of the aspects of commercial travel that are usually part of the welcomed experience of leaving them behind. Security to get in, somewhat limited parking if you are there for just a short trip or experience, not the best bathrooms, etc. Perhaps it is the area the airport finds itself placed and needless to say, still first world problems in the highest meaning of the phrase. For me Morristown is a more welcomed choice since my priority is looking for access getting out of the area rather than getting close to NYC for coming in.

I would have given this airport 5 starts if the bathrooms were inside, but they were outside in a trailer. It wasn’t a porta potty, it was about 3 steps up from one, but it wasn’t quite the experience one would want when spending so much on a private jet.
This airport is huge for private aviation compared to other private airports, it’s just a pain to get into Manhattan from here, you definitely need a helicopter to fly you in instead of the 1.5 hour drive in traffic.
Staff was very nice, they have a great assortment of drinks while you wait.

First time to this airport and it was nice. When flying in with a private jet there are certain things that you look for in an airport, typically they are not the same as a public overfilled airport. This airport was perfect for that, the gas service, the car service everything that was needed to refill the jet and it was only a short 20-​minute drive to 5th Avenue, Times Square or the Theater Districts. Yes, imagine going from the seat in your plane to your seat at the Broadway show in less than 30 minutes using JFK.
I will definitely fly into and park my jet here again when going to New York.

Flying private is ALWAYS the way to go. It is quite a culture shock going from being patted down over a miniature tube of tooth paste to quality service. The airport has security surrounding the airport. They will check if your name is on the roster to gain access into the airport and after you provide proper identification, there is no hassle whatsoever! The pilot greets you and grabs your belongings, and you board the plane. You don’t taxi to the gate, there isn’t a safety/​start-​up video to watch, the pilot starts up the jet and you are off. Hands down the best way to fly.

The private Dassault hangar is mighty convenient. Walk on, walk off, no waits.
