Chuck’s Tree Service performed much work at our home today. Chuck himself, along with his professional crew did an OUTSTANDING job for us. We had more dead trees then I could count. We just used Chuck for some tree work and he is truly awesome. I am impressed with his professionalism and his service. He and his workers thanked us at least two to three times for our business. It is clear to us that Chuck really cares about his business and his clients.
We submitted for an estimate online on Thursday. They have an auto-​reply email that gets sent right back to you so that you are sure that they received your information. Chuck called my husband back in just over an hour. He came by personally that evening to give us an estimate, which was quite reasonable. Sunday evening (the only time he has to do office work during this busy tree season!), he not only apologized for calling on a Sunday evening but he scheduled our work for this Tuesday.
The workers were here yesterday and they did a great job. We had two trees in our front yard pruned back from the power lines and a few dead and/​or hazardous trees removed from our back yard. They cleaned everything up — you almost can’t even tell that they were here, except for the work they did on the trees! Considering that this is their busy season, I am very impressed with the turnaround — our work was done in less than a week from the day we first contacted Chuck.
If we need any other tree work done, we will definitely be calling Chuck!

Chuck’s crew can’t be beat. They showed up earlier than scheduled and got right to work. They took down both trees, cleaned up area in about an hour. They have a great system and really know what they are doing. One of the trees was procariously close to a utility lines attached to the service pole and to our house. They expertly guided their cherry picker truck into our drive way and got the cherry picker positioned safely. It was pretty interesting to see them work, like tree surgeons.
We are repeat customers. We used them several years ago for about 9 old oak trees in our back yard and they did a great job back then. His price is always reasonable for the amount of work done. Chuck and his crew are top notch and you should feel very confident hiring them.
