I couldn’t be more happy that I met Paul, had him diagnose, and repair my 2003 BMW 540i Msport. I met Paul at the shop on a Saturday morning, explained what was going on with the car (Check Engine Light) lean codes. He diagnosed the intake manifold vacuum leaks immediately, gave me a more than reasonable price to replace all the gaskets, and got it done that same day. This car is my daily driver, my 3 children, and I depend on it. Paul earned my absolute trust in him by being straightforward, honest, and never up selling selling me on anything. He’s a top notch BMW owner, and technician. I’ll continue driving over an hour to have him service my BMW. Thanks again Paul!

I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it’s got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It’s great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-​dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I’ll certainly be back!
