Been a customer for years but recently had a problem with 2 hanging plants. The treatment we received from the owner was awful when we asked for an exchange. They have a 24 hour rule ???
Rude I don’t care attitude with no regard to customer service is what we received. Good luck working with these people.

The people here are great. I came in here multiple times to get help with my tomatoes. Not only did they give me great advice, but when I went to buy something the man told me I didn’t need it and not to bother.

Went here yesterday for a flower arrangement, never been before. The woman who greeted me was very helpful, showing me a couple different options for a sympathy arrangement. I found the arranged flowers (in vases) prices to be very reasonable, compared to places I’ve looked at before. Was very happy with the flowers, prices and staff!

May my husband and I went to Tewksbury Florist & Greenery to buy some hanging plants for the house. We spoke with an older gentleman about what plants to get and he advised us on the care. We followed his instructions to a tee and a month later the plants were dead. My husband calls them to find out what are options are and they said none. No refunds or replacements. If they were such a reputable business then they would stand behind their product and they don’t. I would not advise or recommend this florist to anyone. As stated in the previous review from today her plants died. Anyone who wants to waste thier money on dead plants may shop here as for me i’ll be going to Mahoneys.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful!
I wandered in here looking for centerpieces for my sister’s Hawaiian themed bridal shower. They didn’t have what I was originally looking for, but they helped me find a tropical looking plant that worked awesome. They gave me some pointers for displaying the flowers and I left happy! Everyone loved the flowers at the shower.
I walked around the entire lot, they have a TON of plants and greenhouses here.
I can’t wait for next summer, I’ll be back!

I was on a mission to find a local nursery that sold black mulch and I didn’t have a lot of time. I called this business and it was though the lady expected my call on mulch and answered my questions and then some.
