Same as other reviewers on the traveling through Texarkana. Had a low pressure light come on for the front right tire and was referred to this shop by the tire guy at a loves gas station. Gateway didn’t have my size tire available but looked everything over real good and filled up the tire pressure free of charge. Grateful and appreciative of their service so am writing this review. Thanks guys!

Traveling though Texarkana, a construction worker pointed out our low tire while on interstate 30. We got off the road and got a recommendation from a gas station attendant for Gateway a few blocks away. Mike at the counter said they’ll look at it right away. It was a leaky valve stem. They were done with the repair in 15 minutes, Mike pleasantly shook my hand and said, «Enjoy the rest of your trip». I was flabbergasted that they didn’t charge me; «It’s our policy at all Gateways’». I can’t express our appreciation enough I’m sure the bill wouldn’t have been much more than $ 20 but the people in Texarkana are lucky to have such a great resource.

We were traveling through Texarcana and were having trouble with our air conditioner. We were finally referred to Gateway after being told by four service places that they didn’t have time. The young man at the counter was very pleasant
And took us in immediately. He gave us a quote before the service. Fortunately all we needed was freon but we were in and out unless than fifteen minutes. The place is clean and very professional. Prices were reasonable. Well done!
