If I could give this JCPenney 6 stars I would. Went in there today to find a hoodie since the weather is cold and my favorite old one is finally getting torn up. Everything in there was well-​organized and easy to find. The employees were friendly but not hounding salesmen like what Dillard’s has. So I found the hoodie I wanted and went to the checkout. The guy that rang me up gave me a coupon from his stack that was good for 25% off today’s purchase. Now THAT is customer service. I will always shop at this store when I’m in town.
