This Lowe’s is pretty darned good. My Mom and I have shopped here over the years and generally find exactly what we want. She was able to get the supplies for her light bathroom remodel and was very satisfied with them. I have bought several things there as I have been fixing up her house to sell and have been happy with the offerings they have and the service. I will definitely use them for stuff over the time I’m working on the house.

We’ve been Lowe’s customers for years. Their service has been pretty good overall. However, today, they did an excellent job! We had a dishwasher that we bought an extended warranty on. We live outside your typical service area and had waited about 6 – 7 weeks for a dishwasher repairperson to contact us and fix it. We never heard back and got the run around from Service Advantage, the warranty company. I called the manager of Lowe’s and he agreed to replace the dishwasher at no cost to us. They would even have delivered it and took the old one away, but we went to pick it up and do it ourselves due to time constraints. I am impressed with the changes I am seeing at this particular Lowe’s. Their customer service and service time is getting better and better.
