Pizza Hut

We had lunch in Pizza Hut today. The pizza was very tasty but I would put less balsamic vinegar for «Skinny Italy» pizza or leave it on the side and I didn’t get why they don’t give silverware, it’s kinda messy to eat it with hands. I liked the waiting, waitress was nice.

A call center? Really, I call in an order and the local store doesn’t even answer…,

I don’t need to eat the food to give stars. I called and I was talking to a guy who spoke horrible «English» with a heavy East Indian accent. Come to find out it was a call center. Since when is Pizza Hut brokering out their order taking. I could not understand the guy he couldn’t understand me until I became angry and asked for a different person.
I HATE BUSINESSES THAT DO THAT CRAP!

We dined in for lunch on 5÷22÷11. We were greeted at the door with the only option of take out. We asked for dine-​in and not to mention no one else was there… so maybe that should have been our clue! The area where we were placed was dirty with food on the floor and chairs not placed back in the correct table/​area. The TV’s were turned off. We then got up and got the salads, but did they did not have any crackers, in the buffet area, nor silverware at our table. Ask the waiter for both, but he only brought back the ENTIRE bulk box that had the crackers! I had to get up and ask for the silverware at the counter. The silverware had dried food on it. He did not ask to refill the empty glasses of soda. I overheard another co-​worker cursing in the kitchen. Finally the waiter told him to quite down because they had people dinning in. Then through-​out the time of the stay, the phone kept ringing multiple times and not once did the workers answer! The pizza did not taste good at all! It did not have the flavor of a Pizza Hut pizza. Never again!
