This is the most rude customer service I have ever experienced. The flowers arrangements leave much to be desired.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment with Ruth’s two months ago to decide on flowers for my wedding. I called the day before to confirm my appointment. The lady told me that I was on the books, confirmed my name and the time. My matron of honor flew in from Florida, my father drove in from Dallas, my maid of honor took time out of her day, my fiancée took off of work and my soon-to-be mother-in-law drove over an hour to be at the appointment. We arrived at Ruth’s five minutes before our appointment and no one was there. No one. We waited outside the store for thirty minutes thinking that they might be out on a delivery. After waiting that long and confirming that both of their delivery vans were parked behind the building-I was in tears. It’s safe to say that we took our business elsewhere. I will never use this company and I will make sure to tell other people about this incident.

Extremely disappointing experience here. I highly do NOT recommend them. I live in Seattle and found the site via Google. I needed to send a plant to my brother who had recently had a heart attack and lives in Texarkana. I went to their personal business website, looked through their selection of plants, and ordered one to be delivered the next day. Later the next day, I received an email(they said they had my phone number wrong) from a Lisa stating that they did not have the plant I ordered and that they would substitute as they were not receiving a shipment of new plants until the next day and they never know what they’re going to have until they get them. I asked her why they would advertise certain plants if they did not have them. No great response. Then even though they substituted a totally different plant and delivered it to my brother without even telling me what the plant was or sending me a picture of it, they then deliver the wrong plant a day later than ordered. I asked for a small refund(not total) and Lisa told me no. Do yourself a favor — go somewhere else for your flowers and plants!!!
