Funny, all day at work I was craving the «Louisiana Smashchicken» until I realized, I am in Texas.
The manager sympathized when I mentioned my own upset and stated that had she had all the ingredients she would make it anyhow. I decided that I would give Texas a chance. Of course it had BBQ sauce and jalepenos on it, but it ended up being quite tasty.
Staff here are what sets this location apart. Genuine and friendly and even had a pleasant conversation with the manager comparing our Smashburger experiences.
Pricey, yes, but worth it.

Let me make it clear that I was NOT smashed when I ate there. I’ve seen the franchise around and wanted to try it. Tonight was the night. The burger was fine, but nothing special. The fries were fine, but nothing special. While the quality was good, I thought everything was overpriced. No reason to return.

Buffalo fries are great. Friendly staff. I am a little biased coming from the state where smashburger was founded, but a good place to go.

I’m a huge fan of this place. The BBQ Burger and the Chicken Club are just amazing. The sweet potato fries are really good as well! I just wish there was one North Fort Worth/​Alliance because I don’t get to go here as much as I would if it was closer.
Great gluten free options and whole wheat buns are also a great thing about this place.

And I’ve been to this chain in multiple cities around the US. And they have a consistency to their product across all of their locations. The location in Texarkana proves to be just as good as any smash burger location I have been to before. And if you’re looking for the speed of a fast food restaurant then my recommendation is to go eat at Burger King. If you enjoy eating a higher-​quality burger then this restaurant will punch your ticket.

Food is usually very good. However, management seems to be having some time efficiency issues. I also got the wrong order for my to-​go order, which I should have checked first and is my fault. On the other hand, it’s Smash Burger, and I shouldn’t have to check to ensure my order is correct. I would go to McDonalds if I wanted service like that.

The burgers are delicious! I got the spicy black bean burger, had guacamole, onions, tomatoes, I didn’t even miss the meat it was so
Delicious! I thought the sweet potato fries w/​olive oil, garlic and rosemary were soooooo good! Love this place!
