During the last two visits to this Sonic they have managed to get my orders wrong both times. The first time I got it corrected before the order was delivered but wasn’t that fortunate the second time. Another problem is the two-way speaker system. In most cases the person inside the restaurant taking the order speaks so softly… or rapidly… or mumbles so indistinctly that I can never understand if they repeat back my order correctly or not. I take pains to speak slowly and enunciate clearly when giving the order so I just can’t understand why they can’t get it right.
