Been here over an hour. Haven’t been called. Extremely rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming front desk. Far cry from my previous clinic in San Antonio. When I checked the front desk I was told «Someone will be with you shortly.» Absolutely no customer service.
finally get called back ten minutes later. Very nice nurse took me back. Usual questions. Blood pressure elevated. wonder why? Finally saw my doctor. Real nice guy. Hooked me up with my meds, discussed labs, all is well. See you back in six months. Thank you for your service.

I know the VA has a very bad reputation. This is the location that disproves the trend. These folks stay on time and helpful.
