I brought in my truck after getting multiple quotes to replace an oddly shaped window on my snugtop camper. The guys at EA glass were confident they could do the job and they had the best price by far too. The customer service was the best I’ve had at any business I’ve ever been to. The woman at the front desk, Denise? went to the moon and back for me. I mentioned that I was going to get a haircut while I waited for the work to be done and she gave me a ride to the barber and came right back to pick me up when I was ready. Robert was the one who did the work. There was a problem with the window but they actually had a scrap piece laying around and they quickly cut a new window out and fitted it right in at no charge to me! I was trying to match as closely as possible to the other existing windows and the new one actually looks much better than the one I provided. I am glad i stopped in here rather than Boulevard glass up the street. THANKYOUEAGLASS

Very shoddy work! I paid EA Glass over $ 300 for a windshield replacement. The next day, the wipers fell off and the rear-view mirror was loose and wobbly. I took my car back in. They fixed the wipers and tightened the mirror but said they needed to order a part to finalize the fix. They never called and a week later, on the way going out the back entrance of the Grand Canyon(in the middle of nowhere) the mirror fell off. I had to drive from there to Phoenix with no rear view mirror. Next, a piece of molding started to fall off and I had to take the car in for the 3rd time. Never again! They need to learn what quality control is and utilize it.

If you find yourself in Safford Arizona and need a windshield replaced(or ANY glass needs for that matter) go to Boulevard Glass and avoid this place like the plague. Trust me, save yourself some money and pain and go to an honest place.
