My wife and I sat in the store for 2 hours trying to make changes to our account, while the so called manager listened to inappropriate music on one of the display speakers. An elderly women asked one of the employees if he could turn it down but sadly she was ignored. Not sure who the manager is but he needs to be fired

Great service the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable got the new iPhone 5c at a great price. Had AT&T wireless carrier but switched to Verizon because they have a larger network and better customer service had I little problem trying to install a backup I made with my old iPhone 4 on to my new phone I called Verizon tech support and Lex the tech walked me thru the process step by step great job.
