Used these guys for about 8 months. The price was good ($ 25 biweekly). They were constantly missing scheduled days to mow, edge, weedeat my yard. We repeatedly asked them to cut it shorter, instead of the 4−5″ setting they were using, and it never happened. This resulted in my yard needing to be cut 3 days after it was mowed.
The final straw was when, with the recent rains causing the grass to grow faster, they missed their date, and didnt show up for nearly 4 weeks, and after repeated calls and messages, they finally called me back and said that they mowed it a week ago. My yard had seed stalks almost 3 feet tall.
They did offer to mow it once for free after that, though.
