Sonic Drive In

I love this location. My order has never been incorrect. The service has always been quick as well. I’ll be back for sure.

I drive by here on my way to/​from work & decided to stop by to grab some breakfast. Got the #13 (breakfast burrito: you have a choice of sausage or bacon with eggs… and cheese), tator tots… and a small drink/​coffee. The tator tots were dried out/​burnt — boo! The guy that took my order & brought it out was very friendly and polite. No big issues here… just don’t overcook my tator tots next time, plz!

Question: How many things can this Sonic location get wrong in a single order for one person?
Yeah, my quick stop here for lunch here the other day was less than satisfying. For starters, the dude taking my order had to ask me to repeat each part of my order like three times, so I knew something was up.
Then when I actually get my order, this is what they messed up:
— Gave me regular tots instead of the sweet potato ones I ordered and wanted to try.
— Gave me regular chicken poppers instead of the spicy ones I ordered.
— Gave me ranch dipping sauce for my chicken poppers instead of the honey mustard I ordered.
— Didn’t give me the ketchup I requested for my fries.
— Gave me Diet Coke instead of the Diet Dr Pepper I ordered.
(Yeah, yeah, it wasn’t a healthy meal.)
Anyway, they get an extra star for the server with roller skates and the nifty condiments tray he was carrying. But yeah, they need to fix their intercom system or something.

Worst sonic I have ever been too! My boyfriend and I have been here twice the first time by boyfriend got a double cheeseburger but instead he received a grilled cheese so the next time we went he made sure to check the food and good thing we did because they had messed up the burger again and when he asked the «waitress» to fix it she argued with him about how he ordered it! All he wanted was lettuce and tomato put on and she gave him attitude! Not going here anymore! Sonic on Midway is much better the servers are always awesome and have never gotten our order wrong.
