Would have given 5 stars if there wasn’t always a line of vehicles in the drive through. Both sides are often busy. I enjoy my beverage just the same as other Dutch Brothers locations. Just keep in mind this location can get packed in and you will be fine.

Not sure if this is a chain since I am traveling here for work. This is a funky little drive through coffee place. The drinks were hot and made to order by what looked to be a pretty nice espresso machine. The music inside was loud and the drinks came out REALLY sweet but hot. Reasonable price for a cup of fancy coffee. Fairly limited menu but had both cold and hot and a few non coffee options. They couldn’t provide an itemized receipt when we asked, which we needed for work but gave a regular one. Wait time was really short when we went in the afternoon. Bottom line; Service good, coffee– OK, hence my 3 stars.

This place has really good coffee. It also has a yummy hot Chai that is awesome. Workers are so friendly and eager to please. Recommend by me.

Amazing customer service. Very friendly and interactive. If you are in The Dalles Oregon there is nothing else to do so go to Dutch Bros. Who was recently showcased on undercover boss.

I love my dutch bros, so I was beyond excited to find one in The Dalles. Unfortunately this DB is unlike any Portland location I’ve visited. The coffee doesn’t taste the same, service is slow, got my coffee in 8 minutes, with only one car ahead of me the first try. And the final straw was this week, I ordered, overhead the other car pull up and say I’m in a hurry, so they stopped my order, made his, checked him out and then finished mine and checked me out. Um, really? Then, the girl told the other two baristas to give the car behind me good service because she was her teacher. Guess I don’t rate good service as a paying customer with a friendly attitude and easy order.

I’ve been sitting in line for 10 minutes. 2 cars have moved. Why does this dutch bros take sooo long? There are no runners taking orders. Terrible management. Don’t go here if you don’t have 30 minutes. Still 4 cars ahead of me. I’m leaving. Lost my service.

I love Dutch Bros and go there several times a week. I was on my way to Hermiston and decided to stop at this Dutch Bros. I normally get an iced drink with light ice as I don’t like a whole cup of ice. They informed me that if I wanted light ice and a full cup I would have to pay 75 cents extra. I was shocked at this is my normal order and I have never been told this. I told them I was not going to pay 75 cents extra for less than an inch more of milk and I would just take a drink that was not full. I guess I should have just gone to the Starbucks next door and not been hassled for wanting a little less ice. Probably won’t be stopping at this Dutch bros again when I make the trip to eastern oregon.

I was fiending for a cappuccino early one morning, and Dutch Bros delivered. The drive thru was speedy and my drink was tasty. Good and simple, no complaints!

Good coffee, but the barista didn’t know actual coffee«stuff.» They just know«their drinks,» or so it seems. They do appear to be 24-hour, though. Drive-through only.

Dutch Bros is a chain, drive-thru coffee shop with clever spins on classic drinks. I’m a fan of the java freeze but suspect if you ordered your favorite drink at any other coffee shop, they’d do it right here.

After our visit to Warm Springs today — we decided there was no way in hell we wanted to drive back up U.S. 26 over the mountain to Portland with all of the ice and snow we encountered on the way over. So we took a longer way home — a way that was also very scenic — up from Warms Springs to The Dalles, OR. We needed caffeine desperately — using Unilocal for iPhone — we found Dutch Bros. Coffee. Dutch Bros. is a Drive-Thru joint. We ordered an iced coffee with vanilla and a dry Cappucinno, respectively. Both were strong, excellent drinks! They don’t accept Amex here.

The best coffee in the state as far as Im concerned! I drink at least two iced kickers a day, and a little hint the iced kickers are a non advertised special, they are 3 something on the menu board but they are actialy 2 bucks for the double shot and 25 cent extra for each extra shot. Starbucks ain’t got nothin on this coffee!

Taking a ride through The Dalles, I was getting weary and didn’t see many options for a good cup of java. No Dunkin’ Donuts to be seen in these parts and I wasn’t in the mood for Starbucks. However, I spotted a Dutch Bros Coffee drive thru at the Cascade Square and there was no line around 5:30PM on a Thursday evening. WOO-HOO!!! I decided to GODUTCH and immediately pulled up to the window. I glanced over the menu which offers the Dutch Classics(coffee, lattes, mocha, freezes, cocoa), Kick Me(Kahlua Kicker, Annihilator, White Mocha, Almond Joy, Double Torture(stout), ER-911(6SHOTS!!), & others), and non coffee drinks(Red Bull, chai latte, smoothies, Italian soda, & more). Iced drinks are made in large cups for the medium price and soy milk is available. I ordered myself a Large Dutch Coffee with cream & sugar and extra two shots. The friendly barista was fast and I had my coffee in 30 seconds. The coffee was AWESOME, which had a nice smooth robust flavor, way better than the Dunkin’s I’m so used to drinking. I wish there was a Dutch Bros in New England!!! In and out and on my way! I was all set and good to go for my evening drive to Yakima! GRANDOPENINGVIDEO:
