Passing through town I saw a food truck and thought I’d give it a try. I had the BBQ smoked chicken sandwich and a Virgil’s root beer. The smell coming from the smoker is fantastic and the gentleman behind the glass was friendly and courteous.
The sandwich was tasty and packed with flavor. It’s not sweet BBQ or spicy (hot) BBQ but packed with spices that give it a flavor punch. The slaw was good and the grilled onions were tender and sweet.
I would stop again and try their other offerings next time I’m in town.
